Be healthy or be happy?
I ask myself that question all the time and I often choose happy. Well, that’s what I think at the moment.
I’m talking about discipline, making reasonable choices that will take you to the results you really want.
Sometimes we think about the immediate result result that will bring you happiness. But when you make sacrifices
to achieve you goals in life you are going to have the true happiness.
Let me Introduce myself: I’m Olive. A wife, mother of two. Dealing with depression, anxiety disorder, obesity and some other
health issues. And I always tend to turn to food as relief.
The irony in this is I’m affectionate for nutrition fitness and everything related with health and wellbeing.
I love to read about superfoods, heathy recipes, exercises and etc.
Sometimes I get strong and spend days doin the “right thing”. And when I don’t see the results I get frustrated and give up.
Then I get mad at myself for being weak. Is a complete drama. But I’m willing to try again. And I want to share my journey with you.
